Manager IT, Business Operations

Under direction of the CIO and IST Leadership, the Manager IT Business Operations will support the overall business needs of the Information Services and Technology department including financial management, strategic sourcing and procurement, vendor/contract management, staffing and recruiting coordination, and administrative support services. This role will also assist with strategic IT planning across all IST lines of service and ensure budgets and expenses are in-line with the forecasted IST budget and organizational goals.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Administration, Healthcare or related field required. Four (4) years of progressively responsible professional related experience. Excellent computer related skills (M365, SharePoint, Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written). Working knowledge of business systems such as ERP, contract management, procurement. Financial and budget management experience a plus. Ability to handle changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and use good judgment in stressful situations. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively, and constructively manage the workload in a rapidly evolving environment. Solid understanding of hospital business operations. Equivalent education, experience and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.
