The primary purpose of the Principal Management Assistant position is to provides advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative and management support within the Quality & Patient Safety Department of University Hospital. Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment. Coordinates projects, correspondence, reports, and fiscal procedures for the department. Supervises staff and ensures efficient and effective office operations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration or a related field, plus three (3) years of progressively more responsible related professional and/or administrative experience in either the public or private sector, required. Additional related professional experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
