The primary purpose of the Lead Retail Services Worker (Key Holder) position is to assist the Retail Services Management Team in serving as a representative for the front-of-the-house activities; coordinates, performs, and monitors operations to maintain standards and meet financial goals; completes cash/charge revenue reporting, trains staff, and enhances customer satisfaction. Shows initiative and creativity towards sales and exploration of new methods of revenue generation.
High School Diploma or GED Certificate is required. Three (3) years of experience in a high-volume food establishment required. National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation for ServSafe Protection Certificate is required or must obtain ServSafe Protection Certificate within first 6 to 12 months of employment and maintain throughout employment. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform the duties of the position is required. Customer Service and Hospitality oriented person. Cashier experience is required for this position. Barista experience is highly desirable. Additional related experience may be substituted for the High School Diploma/GED.
