The primary purpose of the Customer Service Receptionist is to register visitors for visitation and/or same day procedures by creating a visitor badge using the Visitor Management System; greet patients and visitors while providing friendly and prompt assistance when directing them to their destination as appropriate.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. One (1) year of customer service experience required. Experience in hospitality preferred. Must have strong computer skills including data entry, website navigation and other software to perform daily operations; excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communications. Ability to work in a team setting, display patience, empathy, and professionalism. Ability to organize and resolve multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot issues in a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Must possesses the ability to multi-task, proper telephone etiquette, time management, and attention to detail skills. May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual skills preferred.
