Develops, interprets, and implements financial accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control by performing the following duties.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field plus three (3) years of relevant experience in related fiscal activities. Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirements.
