Manages and procures medical and surgical supplies for all areas under the purview of Materials Management, including but not limited to General Stores and Peri-op.
Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field, plus one (1) year buying experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Experience in hospital and research-related purchasing is a plus. Computer literacy is required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and computerized purchasing applications are preferred. Equivalent education, experience and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirement.
