Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Nursing, or a health care related field required. A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required. Demonstrated expertise in human resources management. Advanced skills in the use of computer applications
and comprehensive knowledge in the development and maintenance of spreadsheets, electronic reports/correspondence for recruitment and retention data management required. Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirements.
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Master’s Degree in Nursing required. Five (5) years of nursing practice experience required in which at least three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital setting. Experience in staff development preferred. BLS (CPR) required.
