coordinating, and implementing comprehensive onboarding systems and processes that support new hires from their initial induction through their transition into their roles. Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Nursing, or a health care related field required. A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required. Demonstrated expertise in human resources management. Advanced skills in the use of computer applications and comprehensive knowledge in the development and maintenance of spreadsheets, electronic reports/correspondence for recruitment and retention data management required. Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirements..
