Nurse Onboarding Coordinator-Per Diem

The primary purpose of the Nurse Onboarding Coordinator position is to play a pivotal role in welcoming and integrating new nursing staff and nursing students into our healthcare team. This position is responsible for developing,
coordinating, and implementing comprehensive onboarding systems and processes that support new hires from their initial induction through their transition into their roles. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and engaging onboarding experience that aligns with our organization’s culture and values

Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Nursing, or a health care related field required. A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required. Demonstrated expertise in human resources management. Advanced skills in the use of computer applications and comprehensive knowledge in the development and maintenance of spreadsheets, electronic reports/correspondence for recruitment and retention data management required. Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirements..
