Supervisor, Patient Transport Services

  The primary purpose of the Supervisor Patient Transport Services position is to supervise and monitor all dispatch functions using the EPIC Transport Module to ensure that service levels are met/exceeded for the transport of patients at University Hospital, DOC, ACC and Cancer Center. Acts as the facilitator for 5 Star Services training.

• Associate’s Degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience in customer service or support services, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in supervising subordinate staff, including selection, orientation, training, timely job evaluations, time and attendance documentation, and disciplinary actions if necessary.

• Supervise staff performance levels in productivity and evaluate staff performance standards.
• Applicants may substitute additional related experience for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
