About the Role
The Clinic Nurse Manager serves as an experienced clinical leader overseeing designated areas and services within the Cancer Program. This role includes supervision of patient care staff during clinic operations and maintaining 24-hour accountability for assigned units. The Nurse Manager ensures the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of patient care, while maintaining compliance with clinical, regulatory, and administrative standards, policies, and procedures. Recognized as a subject matter expert in oncology nursing, the Clinic Nurse Manager excels in both clinical practice and personnel management. They are responsible for aligning care delivery with patient and clinic needs in a cost-effective and efficient manner, and also contribute to clinic budget planning and oversight. This position reports to the Executive Director of the Cancer Center and receives clinical guidance from the Program’s Medical Director.
What You’ll Do

Serves as a recognized expert in oncology nursing, offering advanced clinical knowledge and guidance
Manages personnel effectively, supporting staff development and performance
Coordinates care delivery to meet patient and operational needs efficiently and cost-effectively
Participates in clinic budget planning and contributes to financial oversight
Reports to the Executive Director of the Cancer Center
Receives clinical direction from the Program’s Medical Director

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is NS/05S: $107,709 - $134,636 - $161,562 per year, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
