About the Role
The primary purpose of the Advanced Nurse Practice (APN) position is to be a skilled health provider who through a written collaborative practice agreement with a physician and credentialed through the Medical Staff Office, utilizes critical judgment in the performance of comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis and the prescribing of pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease. APN practice promotes wellness through conducting research, providing education, and impacting public policy and works autonomously as well as in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants. The APN is self-directed and purposeful in seeking necessary knowledge and skills to develop and maintain competency.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is US/07S - $136,294 - $165,416 - $186,385, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
