Provides administrative and general office support for the Human Resources Talent Partners and department management with an emphasis on the recruiting, employment, and onboarding processes. Assists in other areas of Human Resources as assigned.
Three (3) years of experience in an administrative or paraprofessional clerical support position, preferably within a Human Resources or customer service function required. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Administration or a related field will be considered if they also have relevant work experience or an internship in HR or a related area. Ability to project a positive, knowledgeable, and helpful image to customers is required. Demonstrated proficiency in using the computer as a resource tool to assist applicants and employment staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is required. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred.
