The Patient Representative plays a key role in enhancing patient satisfaction at University Hospital by fostering clear and compassionate communication between patients, their families or significant others, and hospital staff. This position serves as a vital liaison, ensuring that patients and their loved ones feel heard, supported, and informed throughout their care experience. By proactively identifying and addressing concerns, the Patient Representative helps prevent complaints and grievances, offering guidance to departments on best practices for improving patient experiences and resolving dissatisfaction effectively.

The expected hourly rate for this position is XH/99H:$30.25 per hour, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
