Data Control Clerk II, Trauma

About the Role

The main responsibility of the Data Control Clerk II is to accurately and promptly enter data into the National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (NEISS) for the department. This role also includes entering data into other assigned trauma registry databases. Additionally, the position provides administrative and general office support as needed.

• Accurately and promptly enter data into the National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (NEISS) for the department.
• Input data into other assigned trauma registry databases with precision and timeliness.
• Provide administrative and general office support services as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Two (2) years of clerical experience, including:
  • One (1) year of experience with PC software packages such as Excel and Access
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience with hospital electronic medical records systems, such as EPIC

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is TC/1675: Probationary Rate $22.71- Job Rate $23.22 - Two (2) Year Rate $23.92 per hour, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
