Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Develops and implements innovative recruitment strategies to build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain trusted, productive relationships with hiring managers and candidates to meet hiring goals efficiently.
  • Partners closely with hiring managers to define position requirements, craft compelling job postings, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work collaboratively with the Compensation team to develop accurate and competitive salary recommendations.
  • Coordinates, schedules, and conducts interviews using behavioral-based techniques to thoroughly assess candidate fit.
  • Delivers professional, positive, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the application, interview, and offer process.
  • Provides clear, timely feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support the selection of the best-fit candidates.
  • Performs additional related duties and projects as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team and organizational goals.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field required; equivalent education, experience, and/or training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience required.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) required; working knowledge of iCIMS strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience recruiting in a healthcare setting highly preferred.
  • SHRM or PHR certification strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive communications with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; able to build positive relationships at all levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively in meetings and group settings.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thorough, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Reliable and responsive, with a willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; intermediate Excel skills and experience with data analytics preferred.

Compensation (NJ Job Transparency Law)

The expected salary range for this position is [$ – $] per year, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
