About the Role
The primary purpose of the Nurse Manager position is to perform charge responsibilities in the
Radiology Department, Pain Management & Critical Care Transport in a consistent manner; is accountable on a 24‐hour basis for nursing care in the department. Specifically, is responsible for the management of the area including assessing, planning, directing and coordinating unit activities in cooperation with other members of the management staff. Ensures that all actions are professional and in accordance with the established guidelines of the institution and regulatory agencies.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is NS/05S: $107,709- $134,636- $161,562 per year, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
