About the Role
Under the direction of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) / Vice President of Information Technology, the Manager of Cybersecurity Monitoring & Response plays a key role in safeguarding the hospital’s digital infrastructure against threats that may compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of University Hospital’s information systems. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive procedures for monitoring, threat detection, response, remediation, and recovery of information system security events, and compliance and adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines such as HIPAA and NIST SP 800‐53 standards.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is VS/33S - $117,204.00 - $146,501.00 per year, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
