About the Role
The Certified Ambulatory Care Technician plays a key role in supporting both patients and healthcare providers throughout the entire outpatient visit—from registration to discharge and follow-up. This position helps manage patient flow to ensure efficient care delivery during examinations and treatments. In accordance with University Hospital policies and under physician direction, the technician may administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as permitted by state regulations. Additionally, the role includes assisting with all front desk and clinical office procedures to maintain smooth operations.

Compensation
The expected hourly range for this position is TT1600: Probationary Rate $23.24 - Job Rate $23.74 - Two (2) Year Rate $24.46 per hour, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
