About the Role
The primary purpose of the Radiation Therapist is to participate in a variety of patient care and non-patient care duties involved in the planning and administration of radiation therapy to patients. This individual ensures that patients are treated with meticulous accuracy, promptness, and professionalism. This individual will also interact with attending physicians, physicists, as well as other hospital personnel, to assure quality patient management.

Compensation
In compliance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is PH/33C: $49.44- $59.90 - $71.55 per hour. University Hospital considers multiple factors when determining compensation, including (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant work experience, education and training, key skills, internal equity, market data, and organizational needs.The expected salary range for this position is in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
