What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field required.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Dietitian in an acute care setting.
- Candidates with oncology experience and experience caring for patients with enteral nutrition are highly preferred.
- Experience working with the oncology population strongly preferred.
- Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new initiatives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize patient care, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to function as an integral member of the Oncology team.
- Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) certification preferred.
- Dynamic, motivated, and patient-focused professional with a commitment to quality care and innovation.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to participate in community outreach, patient education, and health promotion activities.

Compensation
In compliance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is PS/25S: $71,728 - $102,903 per year per year. University Hospital considers multiple factors when determining compensation, including (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant work experience, education and training, key skills, internal equity, market data, and organizational needs. The expected salary range for this position is in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
