About the Role
The primary purpose of the Clinical Care Coordinator position is to serve as the coordinator and practitioner of the clinic’s healthcare team(s) within the Women’s and Children’s Service Lines , utilizing specialized knowledge, skills, and competencies in behavioral sciences, education counseling, and/or patient management. Develops patient programs and course curricula based on needs assessments; plans and coordinates the delivery of comprehensive services to patients in collaboration with all professional components of the clinic and in accordance with accepted standards of care and department protocols..

Compensation
In compliance with New Jersey’s Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is PS/22S: $ 93,912.00 - $ 113,588.00 - $ 135,577.00. University Hospital considers multiple factors when determining compensation, including (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant work experience, education and training, key skills, internal equity, market data, and organizational needs. The expected salary range for this position is in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
