Overview

The primary purpose of the Assistant Manager Patient Clinical Services is to oversee the daily operations of assigned sites. Responsible for addressing operational problems and finding appropriate solutions. Assists the
Administrative Director in providing supervision/administrative leadership to multidisciplinary staff and students. Assists in evaluating, enhancing, and tracking quality assurance, staff competencies, and overall delivery of clinical services.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or a related health care field required. A Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration,Public Health, or a related field is preferred. Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience and experience in a hospital-based practice are required. Effective team leadership and interpersonal skills are required. Must hold CPR certification. Customer Service: Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
