About the Role
Under the supervision of the Manager of Population Health the incumbent will recruit, orient and train HVIP clinicalstaff and front line staff to provide assertive outreach, clinical case management, and trauma‐informed, evidence‐based case management and psychotherapy services to acute survivors of violent crime. The Program Coordinator will also develop policies and procedures to direct clinical practice, monitor patient flow, and develop/maintain community partnerships.
