The primary purpose of the Lead Ultrasound Technologist position is to oversee the daily operation of the ultrasound section at University Hospital Department of OB/GYN by carrying out procedures, assessing and improving service quality, and monitoring technical staff activities to ensure accurate and thorough completion of assignments.  The Lead Ultrasound Technologist for OB/GYN performs ultrasound procedures for the interpretation of a licensed practitioner.

The primary purpose of the Medical Technologist Hematology position is to independently perform routine and complex laboratory analyses; assume responsibility for procedural and system controls, problem solving, teaching andsupervision under direction. Provides physicians with accurate and reliable analytical results necessary for the diagnosis/treatment of patients.
